How do I enroll my company as a Work & Mother member?

Click here to start online enrollment.
Use the “Filter by Club” dropdown menu to select the location you are enrolling with.
Click “Annual Company Membership” to proceed and complete the online registration steps.

What are the employee benefits?

How do I create an account for each employee who will be using the Work & Mother suite?

Once a corporate account is set up, log into your online portal with your corporate membership details.

  • Click “Add New Linked Member” from the homepage
  • Select “Employee Membership Tier” and select “Employee Membership”
  • Complete employee information and click “Submit”
  • Repeat steps for additional employees

Please note that companies are responsible for employee membership fees.

When do I need to enroll employees?

We recommend enrolling an employee as soon as you know they will be needing the service. You will be charged the initial $100 enrollment fee at the time of enrollment; however, their membership won’t start until their designated start date (typically their due date or another date specified by you). You will not be billed monthly membership fees until their membership start date. Enrolling in advance allows us to reserve their place and to begin providing support resources throughout their pregnancy and maternity leave.

Does the company or employee pay the individual membership fee?

Companies are responsible for employee membership fees.

When does my company’s membership start?

Company membership starts the day that enrollment is completed and payment is processed. Company memberships are annual terms.

Do I enroll all employees?

You only enroll employees that will be using the Work & Mother suite or services. We recommend enrolling an employee as soon as you know they will be needing Work & Mother. You will be charged the initial $100 enrollment fee at the time of enrollment; however, their membership won’t start until their designated start date (typically their due date or another date specified by you). How do I cancel my corporate membership?

Corporate memberships are annual commitments. All membership and usage fees are non-refundable. If a Company wants to terminate their Agreement at the end of the Term or any subsequent term, it must provide written notice of termination to sarahbeth@workandmother.com not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the current term, in which event this Agreement and all rights hereunder shall terminate on the last day of the then current term. If Company has not provided this notice 30 days prior to the end of the current term, this Agreement shall renew for an additional one (1) year term and Company agrees to pay fees as outlined above.

Where can I access the online Work & Mother portal?

How can I update my company's profile information?

Log into your company’s online account by visiting this page. Then click on the “Account” drop down menu and then click “Edit Profile”.

How do I download the app?

Visit the App Store or Google Play to download the Work & Mother app.

BILLING

Who can I contact if I have billing questions?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via ACH transfer and credit card. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

How often will my company be charged?

Annual fees for company memberships are billed up front, during registration. Membership fees for employees can be billed up front or monthly.

Will my corporate membership automatically renew at the end of my term?

Yes, unless cancelled.

No, unless requested. After initial term, employees who elect to continue on can do so on a month-to-month basis.

"MOTHER-FRIENDLY WORKPLACE" SEAL

How can we use the seal?

This seal is intended to be used by Authorized Users only. Authorized Users are defined as Companies that are actively enrolled in Work & Mother’s Company Membership Program. Active Users may use the certification mark, as long as they are enrolled to Work & Mother and their account is current, to identify their company as one that provides a safe and supportive workplace and company culture for mothers. When a Company is no longer actively enrolled in Work & Mother’s membership program, they should refrain from using the seal.

We encourage you to use this seal as much as possible, and suggest doing so in the following ways:

  • In your email signatures
  • Displayed on your website
  • Featured on your recruiting materials and company brochures
  • On the tags and labels or packaging of your products

How do we get our seal?

Once your company enrolls as a corporate member, we send an email to the company contact with a variety of file formats of the seal for your company’s usage. We will also provide the seal usage guidelines for your reference.

What if I can't find our seal file?

If you can not locate your seal files, please contact us at hello@workandmother.com and we will resend the files.

Can I modify the colors of the seal?

We have provided a variety of file formats of the seal for your usage. Please do not alter the images beyond proportionally resizing it to fit your needs.
