About the role
Real estate is core to our business, and you share our passion for reinventing consumer experiences in the “built” world. You are passionate about the future of work and are eager to innovate the CRE landscape. As an Associate Director, Real Estate, you will be responsible for helping shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate is responsible for, hunting new opportunities, pipeline management, collaborating with other sales team members, and leading business development efforts. You will own transaction management, pushing deals from sourced to closed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a targeted book of business while hunting for new accounts that fit the W&M ICP
  • Support the COO in managing existing as well as developing new landlord relationships that should convert into new opportunities
  • Underwrite new opportunities in Excel, brainstorm creative deal structures, and own the financial model
  • Prepare proposals / LOIs, deal-books, other presentations for landlords, business partners, and the executive team
  • Hit clear outbound sales metrics
  • Own market analysis and site selection due diligence using a data-driven approach to determine market demand and deal viability
  • Own and manage your pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring deals move quickly from sourced to closed
  • Practice metric driven business development activities such as meetings, attending industry events, maintaining relationships with channel partners, etc
  • Drive key company initiatives and be a strong brand ambassador for W&M
  • Take on roles we haven’t hired yet
  • Help foster a fun, authentic, and dynamic company culture
